Q: Do I require a deposit in order to rent a dumpster?
A: No, we do not require a deposit for our dumpster rental services. We do require a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number on-file. We do not accept cash or check.
Q: Do you protect the driveway?
A: Yes, we offer 100% Driveway Protection, included in your dumpster rental cost. Our roll-off dumpsters are designed to never touch the ground, which prevents cracks, marks/scrapes, and rust stains. We also clean up any debris that has fallen underneath your dumpster before we haul it away.
Q: What dumpster type do I need?
A: You need our type. We are the only company designed to be Residential Friendly. Our dumpsters come with 100% Driveway Protection, they use up the same foot print of a mini van, double doors on the loading side for easy walk in loading (nothing has to get lifted over the rim), and we even do a post job clean up under the dumpster after we pick it up! Q: How much notice do I need to give when ordering my dumpster?
A: We can deliver your residential dumpster the next day--sometimes sooner! But don’t wait! Call us now for your Atlanta dumpster rental needs so that we can provide you with the best service possible. With a day or two advance-notice, we can be sure that the right dumpster (size and type) is ready-to-go, that you’re confident in the contract terms, and that the delivery is convenient for you. (For example, if you know that you need the dumpster first thing in the morning, we will arrange delivery for the day before.)
Q: How high can I fill the dumpster?
A: In accordance with the law, we can only haul away dumpsters that have a level load and all items secure. We hand tarp all our dumpsters to ensure we are hauling a safe load and that items will not spill out onto the highway during transit. Remember weight restrictions also--depending on what you’ve put into the dumpster, a level load may not be within the allotted tonnage. When you contact us for a quote, we’ll discuss what you plan to get rid of to help determine whether a 10 yard, 15 yard, or 20 yard dumpster rental is right for you.
